"Rawhide" is very athletic, loves people, has great confirmation and is homozygous for black. Oh yea, did I mention he is grullo and sired by an AQHA Champion who is AQHA's all time leading point earner in reining? When Rawhide is crossed with a Black, Bay, Buckskin, Blue Roan, Dun or Grulla mare, the resulting foal will have a 50% chance of being Homozygous for black. Guaranteed to not throw a sorrel foal!
We have a great future planned this for young stallion. Over the next 12 to 18 months he will be trained for Calf Roping, Heading, Heeling, Working Cowhorse, Barrels and Poles. He is on track to attend his first AQHA Show in 2015.
Unfortunately we purchased him too late to get any foals out of him in 2013, so his first foal crop arrived in 2014. See pictures of his babies below! Look at how consistent they are! We couldn't be more proud of his first babies!
